Born in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in the North-East of England; Victoria McKenzie was born 6 months premature and was clinging to life. Desperate to save her; her parents, a pair of well-off British intelligence officers, used their resources to try and save Victoria. They used the blood of Felicia Hardy, aka The Black Cat, due to the Captain America super-soldier serum in Hardy's system, to save their daughter's life. To say it was a success would be an understatement as Victoria is now one of the most feared assassin's in the world at only 24 years old.

Appearance

Victoria is quite a muscled young woman, to the point where her skin-tight catsuit can barely hold her tree trunk like legs, her toned abs, her jacked arms or her powerful back. Victoria does have some feline features, including a pair of razor sharp claws and equally sharp teeth.

When Victoria was younger, she used to have blonde hair, but the effects of the serum in her system caused her hair to go silver.

The Geordie is also often wearing a skintight black cat-suit to pull off her assassinations in; but when she's just walking through New York, Victoria is often clad in some jeans with black boots and a black tank-top with the union jack on the front of it.

Powers

Enhanced Strength: Thanks to Victoria having the super-soldier serum from Captain America (via Felicia Hardy's) blood in her system; Victoria has enhanced strength, borderline super-strength and has shown that she can tear doors from armoured cars with her bare hands, snap a neck without any effort and even punch a hole in the door of a bank-vault.

Enhanced Agility: Victoria is also incredibly agile, due to her more feline attributes, Victoria is incredibly nimble and can scale walls, jump onto ceilings and land on her feet after almost every dangerous fall.

Peak Human Durability: Victoria is incredibly tough and durable, able to shrug off being attacked with baton wielding cops, she also seemed to find being shot with a taser more ticklish than anything else. She also can take on much bigger opponents and keep on coming, no matter how many times she gets knocked down.

Razor Sharp Claws: Victoria has incredibly sharp claws on her hands, which aren't a weapon as they're apart of her body thanks to an unexpected side-effect of the serum. It does seem like Victoria can retract them to blend in more, although she never tells anyone how she can pull it off. The claws give Victoria a weapon to commit assassinations with and impale anyone who gets in her way.

Razor Sharp Fangs: Victoria has a pair of feline sharp fangs, using them to tear into her foes as if she was a wild lioness or tiger; she has frightening power in her jaw, considering people mauled by her have been found missing arms and even with organs ripped out.

Skills

Inflitration Expert: Due to her training with MI-6; Victoria is an expert at inflitration and is able to pull off numerous convincing accents; she has been known to pull off extremely convincing American, German, Russian, Australian, Scottish and French accents.

Hand to Hand Combat Expert: Due to her training, Victoria is extremely skilled at hand to hand combat, even if you take out her incredibly strength and other abilities, Victoria has been shown to tear through the guards of her targets like they were nothing. The fact she gets a thrill out of her fighting means that she can be unnervingly brutal.

Skilled Markswoman: There have been many times where Victoria has established herself as an extremely good shot, such as shooting an anti-mutant senator in the head from 2 blocks away; she has also pulled off some good shooting if she doesn't feel like using her powers, but she fully admits there are better than her in regards to shooting.

Weaknesses

Fatigue When Using Her Strength: Victoria has shown that, in cases where she has had to lift particularly heavy objects, like moving a parked car to provide her cover in a gun battle; Victoria will get noticeably tired, this is only when she lifts exceptionally heavy objects, though.

Normal Human Vulnerabilities: Like any other human, Victoria can be killed by being shot or stabbed or blown up; despite her durability, strength and reflexes, Victoria can be killed like any other human, it just takes a bit to get her to that point.

Personality

Victoria is an unhinged, some would say out of control, loose cannon and a rouge former British assassin; the power surge that she got as a child in the hospital has stayed with her, she has an immense sense of arrogance and smugness about her. Constantly bragging and boasting; she is keen to trash-talk her foes as she beats them down. Victoria also gets a thrill out of fighting, especially if it's a fight where she knows she's going to be challenged; with her powers, Victoria loves nothing more than a good fight and can even be seen smiling and laughing during a particularly tough fight.

Despite that, Victoria can also be endearingly socially awkward and nervous, almost child-like at times, which is due to her suffering from Asperger's Syndrome, a high functioning form of Autism, that and the fact she has been raised to be a killer for the British and isn't good with personal relationships. Victoria also is extremely prone to fits of anger and rage, screaming and hurling things around, even punching and hitting herself if a target gets away.

History

Victoria McKenzie was born in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England to two high ranking members of British Intelligence; however, when Victoria was born, there was immediate complications as she was put on life-support and wasn't given much time to live. Although Victoria beat those odds, when she was 5 years old, she was readmitted to hospital again for a dangerous illness that left her frail, fragile and bed-ridden.

Her parents, desperate for a way to save their daughter, asked the US for help and the Americans sent over a sample of blood from Felicia Hardy, aka The Black Cat, who had the same super-serum as Captain America in her system. The fear was that if Vic was injected with the blood of Captain America, her body would reject it. It turned out to be the right call as Victoria was injected with the blood of The Black Cat at the age of 7.

She instantly sprang up from the bed and ended up clinging to the ceiling of the hospital ward like a cat; the blood had done it's trick and the Americans only had one 'favour' to ask for. That the British train Victoria to be a super soldier and an assassin; someone who could take out dictators and overthrow the balance of power in other countries without the American or British governments getting their hands dirty.

So, Victoria was trained by MI-6 in England and, as she got into her teens, Victoria started to display more feline features, including increasingly sharpened fangs and claws on the ends of her fingers; also Victoria's strength noticeably increased when she turned 16, able to throw several agents around in training sessions like they were nothing.

When Victoria was 18, she was given her first assassination job of a dictator in a third world country, which the teenager pulled off without even trying; however, Victoria grew resentful of the idea of her not getting any credit or appreciation for her work. Things came to ahead when Victoria turned 20 and she was tasked with assassinating an anti-mutant Senator who was stirring up tensions in America.

Victoria killed the Senator with a single gunshot to the head, but this was only after she went on a rampage and tore apart the Senator's security team like a wild lion; with that display of brutality, Victoria's handler was about to send her home, only for Victoria to go rogue and snap his neck.

Now without anyone to control her, Victoria took the name 'The British Cat' in a direct reference to the person who's blood gave her her abilities; Victoria now works as a hitwoman and assassin for hire and has a reputation for flat out refusing jobs that she deems "Too easy."
